What is Signs of Celebration?
Signs of Celebration is a fun gift shop where zodiac personality meets holiday vibes — cute, funny, and perfect for gifting (or keeping).

What kinds of products do you sell?
We offer zodiac + seasonal designs on items like hoodies, tees, drinkware, totes, home gifts, and sometimes digital downloads.


Ordering & Payments

Can I change or cancel my order after I place it?
Please double-check your details before placing an order. If you need to change something, email us ASAP at signsofcele@gmail.com — we’ll do our best, but changes aren’t guaranteed once processing begins.


Processing & Shipping

How long does it take to process my order?
Processing times vary by item and order volume. Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and what you order.

Will I get tracking information?
If tracking is available for your shipment, you’ll receive it once your order ships.

What if my package is delayed or marked “delivered” but I don’t have it?
Delivery delays can happen. First, check around your delivery location and confirm the shipping address. If you have tracking, contact the carrier. You can also email signsofcele@gmail.com and we’ll help however we can.


Exchanges & Returns (No Refunds)

Do you offer refunds?
At this time, we do not offer refunds.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes! We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

How do I request an exchange?
Email signsofcele@gmail.com with your order number, the item you have, and what you want instead (size/color/item). If approved, we’ll email you the next steps and the return shipping address.

Do I have to pay return shipping for an exchange?
Yes — customers are responsible for return shipping for exchanges.
If the exchange is needed due to our error (wrong item sent) or the item arrives damaged/defective, we’ll cover shipping for the replacement.

What items are not eligible for exchange?
Sale items, gift cards, and custom/personalized items are not eligible. If you’re unsure, email us and we’ll help.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email signsofcele@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue (and packaging if it arrived damaged). We’ll make it right.


Sizing & Product Info

How do I choose the right size for apparel/hoodies?
Check the size chart on the product page and compare it to a hoodie you already own. For a roomier fit, consider sizing up.

Do you sell digital downloads?
Some items may be digital downloads. If a product is digital, it will be labeled as such and no physical item will ship.

Why do colors look different on my screen?
Screen settings vary, so colors may look slightly different in person than they do on your phone/computer.
